Today’s prompt is: One word to describe 2023.

My word is GRACE.

If you know me personally, then you know my story from the last couple of years, and you know it hasn’t been a pretty one. 2022 was probably the hardest year of my life, and I had to come to terms with a lot of things, and re-evaluate myself and my choices. While I did suffer many consequences, God showed me a lot of mercy and grace in 2023, and answered so many prayers.

I learned many lessons between 2022-2023, and I’m still learning so much more as I draw closer to God, and seek His will for my life. To many, things may look crazy as they’re on the outside looking in, but I know what I’ve been praying for, and I have seen what God is capable of, and I’m just extremely humbled to be a witness to it.

Seeing it just makes me believe more and more. It has helped release a lot of doubts and questions I was mulling over for years.

2023 was grace. But honestly, I have many words to describe how last year went, all of them positive. And as I step into 2024, I know God isn’t finished yet!
