I knew this would happen…20 minutes til midnight, and I haven’t written, but it’s because I’ve been on Fields of Mistria for maybe 2 hours AT LEAST. I’ve made some significant progress though, strictly in the romancing NPCs (non-playable characters, for the laymen) area. (those who are waiting on me to defeat Riku on Kingdom Hearts, I know what you’re thinking, but TRUST ME, it’s all part of the process…) I’ll probably wrap up my gaming soon so I can write some of my story, and then read some.

Today’s adventures consisted of work (we had a family bingo event today. I didn’t have my hand in it, personally, but it was fun to hear and see everyone else involved having fun!), then Cadarius and I were going to try this new buns and noodles place called OX2 here in town after I got off work. Technically, I guess, it’s across town from where we stay, so we made our way out there.

Would you believe there were people sitting OUTSIDE ON THE CURB waiting to be seated there?! The place isn’t huge at all; it’s part of a little strip mall, so there isn’t much space to begin with. And there was a sign outside that said they were still doing a “soft opening”, but apparently Cadarius’ coworker and his wife have been there multiple times!

Needless to say, we didn’t stay there for dinner…we definitely got Chikfila instead 😅 BUT hopefully tomorrow I can report back to say that we did indeed get to try OX2, and maybe I’ll even get to share pictures!

I’m so excited because I have two days off back-to-back this week, so hopefully I’ll be able to get some other work done for blogging, streaming and such! And yes, actually work on defeating Riku.
