I was on the couch reading Legendborn by Tracy Deonn (I’m almost finished with it!). I’d read as much as I could handle in one night, and was about to hop on Fields of Mistria (a cozy game), but GUESS WHAT?? I remembered I had to write for today, so HERE I AM!

You know, as these fall days go on, I’m wondering if I’m getting accustomed to them. Don’t get me wrong, summer will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart as my favorite season (even if it is a little hot), but this colder season that encourages me to stay in has got my creativity and gamer side flowing.

Clearly, I want to write again (I’m here, aren’t I?). I’m trying to reach my reading goal before the end of the year (which I can totally do if I finish a few more manga, YES, manga counts!), and I’ve been wanting to cozy game and play games with my friends more than anything. I definitely gamed all year, but there’s something about gaming in the fall and winter…the coziness just sits different, I can’t explain it any other way.

One game that isn’t very cozy for me right now is Kingdom Hearts. I’m stuck on defeating Riku, and it’s SO ANNOYING. I have to do some work outside of stream so I have abilities and items to defeat him…but I have yet to do those things soooo Kingdom Hearts is on the back burner for now. I hate it because people who watch my streams are so invested in it, and I don’t want to let them down! But this weekend I’ll try my best to get what I need so I can MAYBE…MAYBE try to defeat Riku this week. We shall see.

For now, cozy gaming it is, and I’m more than okay with that. I can’t lie, I think I’m just yapping via writing at this point so I can post this, and go play a game 😂 Is that bad? Who says this is against the writing rules? As long as I’m still writing, that’s all that matters. Plus I have a strict bedtime of midnight because, unlike a good majority of others, I have to go to work tomorrow.

So, I’m signing off for today so I’m not up too late. Will we get a Demon Slayer blog tomorrow? Or maybe it’ll be a Legendborn book review since I’m thisclose to finishing the book?

I think I might owe it to y’all since this blog post was my bare minimum 😭 I’ll see what I can do…
